The Power of Energy Healing
"Inhale, exhale," I said to myself, just barely awake in my sleepy theta mode in the wee hours of the morning. I felt consciously aware of breathing for two people. It wasn't until a few hours later that I received a call nobody wants, to learn that my dear friend and mentor had passed away earlier in the morning. Laden with grief, I knew that her powerful presence in my life was not ending, but rather beginning in a new way. In the following days, she came to me through dreams, signs, and insights, fortifying my conviction that my energy healing training and clarity accelerates energy healing power, a prime message from Spirit.
I rely on my gifts and training as an energy healer to help me not only live day-to-day, but also to get through pain, trauma, grief, and injury as these situations come along. Nobody wishes for trauma or grief, and the effects can be debilitating if you let them consume you. In the grand scheme of life, it's important to integrate and utilize the power of energy healing to accelerate results - in other words, to heal faster and better. I've put together a few tips I've learned as a Reiki Master teacher and psychic intuitive you can use immediately to access and accelerate energy healing power in your life. Whether you're hoping to improve your daily life, or enhance and speed up healing from trauma, grief, injury, pain, and despair, these tips can be cultivated and improved upon over time.
The Accelerating Power of Cleansing
It's interesting that cleansing is the first on my list, and yet so integral for everything else that comes afterward. You wouldn't serve a meal on dirty dishes, and by now we should be aware of how good it feels to shower, have clean clothes, and a clean home. Cleansing on the outside seems logical, but have you thought of cleansing on the inside? A detoxifying cleanse is greater than eliminating or avoiding toxic exposure - to sugars and processed foods, to chemicals in the home, and to skin care products, shampoos, and detergents with harmful ingredients. In internal cleanse is one that actively captures and eliminates heavy metals, poisons, and plastics in order to clean the blood, brain, and all body organs and tissues. Clathration involves ingesting a mineral that detoxifies without making you deficient in vital minerals. It must be small enough to actually enter the bloodstream, a real problem for some detoxification products that claim to offer a cleanse, but don't go beyond the gut.
A cleanse like this is one that also cleans the pineal gland, the center of the third eye for envisioning and intuitive insights. This becomes a supremely vital step for accelerating your energy healing power.
Reiki Energy Healing Training
Learning Reiki fell into my lap when my dog, Ginger, became ill. I went from helpless to feeling empowered that I could facilitate her healing through the energy flowing through my hands - another gift from Spirit. Suddenly, the clarity I felt with a physical cleanse became entirely possible to accelerate healing through the clean vessel of my body and mind. Reiki, the divine connection of Spiritual Energy through the physical realm, and back to Spirit, flows unimpeded through a clean vessel, and works intelligently from Source to heal not only the recipient, but also the facilitator. The more I integrated and used Reiki in daily life, the more proficient I became at recognizing messages from Spirit. When my friend passed away, I was open to receiving her messages through dreams and insights in the quiet moments of my day. A song, a sunset, a vision, all became meaningful explanations of the mutual experiences we shared through her passing.
Asking and Receiving
Before sleeping, I asked for clarity and meaning. Setting the intention with prayer felt good, and I left my intentions to the divine as I drifted off to sleep. In my dreams, the answer came vividly through animal totems.
The elderly and unwell Bear of Courage leaned over to the Lion of Power in my dream. Puzzled by the vision, I thought that the Bear meant to eat the Lion, but instead, the Bear picked up the Lion in a strong embrace. In my grief, I wanted clarification and meaning for this transition. She spoke to me through animal wisdom and the Medicine Cards I created recently.
She came through with the courage of Bear to embrace more Power, the Power of Lion Spirit she needed to transition from human form into non-physical. This is ultimately also the Power we seek as individuals, one we hope for to accelerate our healing process.
We never seek to stay stuck in grief, pain, or despair. We can sometimes only hope for miracles. I say, expect miracles. Through implementing these valuable tools of cleansing, energy healing, asking, and receiving can we integrate and accelerate energy power healing.
