Like So Many Reiki Practitioners and Lightworkers Just Starting Out...
I wanted to develop my skills and become a better healer. I especially admired my own Reiki Master and other healers in our community who had taken their work to another level by developing and trusting their intuitive abilities.
There Was a Gap
Intuition was the piece I hadn't yet learned to trust.
With my background as a biology teacher, I relied on science, explanations, methods, and thinking. Yet I also knew instinctively what I'd known as a child—that there is another way of knowing, and that we're guided by Spirit when we learn how to listen.
Developing my intuitive abilities became connected to something much bigger: confidence, trust, worthiness, purpose, and learning to trust what I was sensing rather than immediately questioning it.
I Began to Trust What I Was Receiving
As I practiced, I learned to quiet some of the noise in my thinking brain. Images would appear almost like pieces of stories or metaphorical messages. At first they came so quickly that I questioned whether they meant anything.
But I knew I was on the right track. Receiving and trusting messages from Spirit gradually became easier.
Progress Became Natural
I reconnected with Nature, crystals, animals, and plants. Movement through yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates helped me stay grounded. One experience led to another as I learned to listen, trust, and integrate what I was discovering.
Over time, Reiki became part of something much larger. My healing work grew into an Integrative Signature Healing Practice grounded in Reiki, shamanic wisdom, intuition, Nature, sound, crystals, plants, and Spirit.
Reiki Mentorship grew from that journey.
Maybe You’re Ready to Trust What You Already Know
You may recognize some of this:
- You sense intuitive information but question whether you can trust it.
- You spend too much time in your head trying to figure out what you’re feeling.
- You worry about getting it wrong or what someone else might think.
- You know there’s more you could bring to your Reiki practice, but you’re not sure how to begin integrating it.
Developing your intuition isn’t about becoming someone different. It’s about becoming more confident in what you already sense and know—and learning how to combine that awareness with the healing skills you’ve already developed.
Reiki Mentorship gives you opportunities to practice, explore, ask questions, and discover how Reiki, intuition, shamanic wisdom, crystals, and other healing tools can become part of your own signature way of working.
What would it feel like to trust your abilities and allow your practice to grow along with you?
It’s like the kitten practicing to roar, or the fledgling eagle getting ready to soar.
You feel like you’re on the cusp of something great . . . and you ARE!
You’re About to Build a Unique, Integrative, Signature Healing Practice.
Develop Your Unique, Integrative Healing Practice
As you learn to trust your intuition and expand beyond the foundations of Reiki, your healing practice begins to reflect more of you—your gifts, your experiences, your connection with Spirit, and the healing tools that naturally become part of your work.
Reiki Mentorship supports you in developing:
- INTUITION — greater trust in the subtle information you receive and your connection with Divine Wisdom.
- SKILLS — more ways to work with Reiki, Life Force Energy, crystals, shamanic practices, and other integrative healing tools.
- CONFIDENCE — in your abilities, your decisions, and your own way of working.
- MASTERY — learning when to use your skills and when to step out of the way and into the heart of healing wisdom.
- COURAGE — to continue exploring, practicing, teaching, leading, and becoming more of who you came here to be.
- VALUE — recognizing the investment you’ve made in your training and the value of your intuitive gifts, compassion, experience, and healing wisdom.
You deserve to be enriched by your gifts—not only spiritually and personally, but through the meaningful work you choose to bring into the world.
As your practice develops, so can your relationships with students, clients, and a larger community of Lightworkers. Your practice becomes increasingly your own: an integration of wisdom, intuition, skill, joy, and purpose.
Integrate Shamanic Wisdom, Intuition, and Reiki Through Mentorship, Guidance, Practice, and Enrichment
Go Deeper With Your Inner Work In A FUN, CREATIVE Way!!!
It took me years of practice and learning new skills that I could seamlessly fold into my Reiki and Sound Healing practice to enrich what I offer to my clients and students.
I’ve spent thousands of dollars on my own education, including a degree in Secondary Education and Biology, courses to develop business skills, additional healing techniques, books, tools and products, certifications, and licensing. Most of these expenses didn’t even come close to addressing my biggest challenge which was how to tap into my intuitive abilities and “become psychic”.
As I grew in my practice I became more aware of . . .
My hidden psychic abilities and my natural shamanic way of being that were suppressed throughout my life.
Typical school programs don’t . . .
Teach children how to be intuitive, but rather to develop rational thinking skills. Both skill sets are needed, of course, but with the emphasis on “thinking” rather than “feeling” and “knowing”, great wisdom, potential to succeed, and unlimited joy and abundance may be lost or forgotten.
Some people – especially Lightworkers and Empaths – make their way through life struggling with feeling different, overwhelmed or stressed as their intuitive abilities attempt to resurface.
These feelings often develop into physical and even deeper emotional symptoms, career crises, depression, fatigue, and a multitude of serious dis-eases.
As a former biology teacher . . .
I had first-hand knowledge of how the system works. Fortunately, my interest in science and art, nature, plants, animals, and crystals supported me. I never really let go of the Shamanic Wisdom I innately held in my Soul Essence.
My Challenge, then, Became a Mission . . .
To find a way for everyone to “remember” their innate intuitive abilities. In classes and workshops as well as in healing sessions, crystals, essential oils, guides and ancient wisdom make their way into our time together. I know that using these amazing ancient healing tools and guides make remembering easier.
In fact, there’s a Spiritual Language we can all tap into. Like me, you can become more fluent in this Spiritual Language.
Integration. Confidence. Competence.
Second Nature Healing® programs focus on integration, confidence, and competence for Lightworkers.
For many years, I’ve taught Reiki, shamanic practices, sound healing, intuitive development, and other approaches to natural and spiritual healing. Through that experience, I’ve come to understand that spiritual growth requires nurturing, consistency, support, and training.
Learning a technique is only the beginning. Confidence develops as you practice. Intuition strengthens as you learn to trust it. Your own healing style emerges as you experience different tools, ask questions, receive guidance, and discover what naturally belongs in your work.
That’s What Reiki Mentorship Is For.
Reiki Mentorship brings together training, enrichment courses, personal guidance, and opportunities to practice so you can continue developing as a Reiki practitioner and Lightworker—and, if you choose, prepare for deeper study through my Integrative Spiritual Healing Certification Pathway.
