Plants and their essences resonate with the core of who I am and how I’ve brought forward the gifts of my ancestors. I feel more at home in nature and rely heavily on the spiritual vibrations of sacred plant ancestors (essences) for healing. My life experiences, from child to mature adult, endlessly interweave with plant wisdom—conversations and gnosis about more than what modern medicine and beliefs about healing have to offer.
From mother to daughter throughout generations and lifetimes, plant essences breathe life into physical form, bringing plant ancestors and human ancestors together again at the moment, bypassing the limitations of time and space that attempt to separate us—impossible, of course, because we’re one. We inhale the scents our ancestors knew, receiving the same wisdom, using the same potions—uplifting, soothing, protecting, and healing in the same way.

Wisdom, strength, and modest presence

Gifts of terpenes, resins, nectars, and camphor
To soothe and heal, give life, ease pain,

Yellow, orange, red and blue
Dancing Angel petal-wings of rose and mint
Embody the Divine with precious scents
If I could, please let me form
The spicy seeds that nourish and warm
Carrot, anise, pepper, and fennel
Reach within to make you well
Leaves, flowers, bark, roots, and seeds
Provide healing for every need,
For within the whole, Magic abounds
With ancient medicine, sacred, again found
