You've made a really good choice to heal naturally, using supplements, diet, and a natural healing protocol you've heard about or researched. They all made sense at one time, and you put your money and faith into healer's services and products they recommend, or found sources you thought you could trust, only to discover that things aren't turning out the way you wanted. Were you trying to heal your gut, but discovered the supplements didn't work? Are you carrying extra weight, and are trying to make lifestyle changes without success? Do you feel out-of-balance, lacking vitality, in pain, or fighting long-lasting microbes clouding your brain, liver, and gut? Your natural healing protocol needs an adjustment. 1. Too Much Toxicity
The most overlooked cause of disease and distress is toxicity. Yes! When things start to go wrong it might feel like a good idea to focus on the symptom. For example, headaches could be a symptom of dehydration, so a simple increase in drinking water would be a benefit over taking any medication. Weight gain? Reducing sugars and processed foods while increasing exercise would likely help. But if weight is too hard to manage, have you considered that obesogens, or toxic components in your diet, might be at play? Then the solution should involve a detox protocol. Missing the target means that you may not have a good understanding of what the body needs to thrive.

1. Reduce Toxicity
This may be the most important aspect for healing. Waste no time in getting started! First, find out how and where your toxicity originates. Eliminate the sources as much as possible.
