What Are Essential Oils?
The life blood of plants, that which carries the highest energy in tiny quantities, is found in essential oils, also called plant essences. Essential oils are the ESSENCE - the molecules and energy that radiate the life force of plants. You might know them as the aromatic part of plants - that which gives a rose, a spruce tree, or a lemon their unique fragrances. These simple but hugely important plant essences may provide you with the best natural healing alternatives to complement any therapy, including cancer, viral infection, emotional stress, spiritual trauma, and dis-ease.
Aromatherapy
Essential oils today are valued for their use in aromatherapy - the inhalation, topical application, or ingestion of natural, concentrated essences derived from plants. The benefit of essential oils comes from a combination of their high vibrational frequency and intense aroma with their complex molecular structure. The real healing benefits of essential oils may come more from the natural "whole" rather than the synthetic "part". In pure concentrations, essential oils bring us the purity and potency of beneficial species of plants - all within the tiniest of drops.
At this time, I'm offering medicinal aromatherapy and consultations as a part of my regular healing sessions. Rather than purchase an entire kit or a single essential oil, I work with you to select the specific products you need for your desired healing goals. To purchase essential oils, contact me directly.

You might call essential oils "Nature's Pharmacy" since many people use essential oils to support every aspect of health and well-being. However, they're so much more!
Here's where most people mistakenly use essential oils as they would a pharmaceutical drug, for example, to act against symptoms of disease.
Instead, invite plant and tree essences into the routines of your day. Anoint yourself while imagining positive intentions. Take a moment to breathe deeply. You can't help but notice a shift in energy every time you offer self-care with essences.
Essential oils can support your efforts to have a healthier lifestyle, without harsh chemicals and side-effects.
Using these essential oils every day can help*:
- reduce stress
- support the immune system
- sanitize
- aid in digestion
- maintain healthy flora
- purify the air
- support healthy joint and cartilage function
- create balance in all systems
- reduce absentmindedness
- alleviate minor aches and pains associated with daily life
Single Essential Oils
If I had to choose which essential oils I wanted for everyday use, the list would include several pure, single oils and a few well-chosen blends of essential oils. Here's my list, but the more I learn about essential oils, the more essential oil singles and blends I want to include. Ask me for a FREE Consultation. I'll help customize your order specific to your needs.
Copaiba Pure Essential Oil
The gum resin tapped from the copaiba tree in Brazil is steam distilled to produce Copaiba essential oil, which is known for its high levels of beta-caryophyllene (a naturally-occurring CBD) and a sweet aroma.
Beta-caryophyllene is a cannabinoid (CBD) and an important essential oil component referred to as a sesquiterpene, highly regarded for its ability to carry oxygen to the cells. Copaiba is more than 50% beta-caryophyllene, more concentrated than in hemp oil (also known for CBD content).
I love using copaiba essential oil mixed with other oils as it seems to have a magnifying effect.
Lavender Pure Essential Oil
Lavender essential oil is considered to be the Universal oil, or Mother of all oils. It is known for its properties to calm and soothe, emotionally as well as physically. Lavender is one of the oils that can safely be used "neat" or full strength, as long as it is pure, therapeutic grade essential oil.
Lavender essential oil is commonly used for skin health. Added to lotions or massage oil, lavender essential oil provides an emotional calm as well as relief for stressed muscles.
Lemon Pure Essential Oil
Just think about the benefits from the citrus family and you'll have an idea of what lemon can do for you. Lemon essential oil is a powerful antioxidant and is great to help the body deal with toxins. Its fresh scent may be rubbed into hands and deeply inhaled to help uplift your mood. You'll sanitize as you do because of the natural qualities lemon essential oil provides.
Be careful not to add lemon oil to a foam or plastic container since this amazing essential oil dissolves petrochemicals. Just see how it works on removing sticky labels. Now imagine lemon essential oil helping to remove those chemicals from your body.
Frankincense Pure Essential Oil
Frankincense essential oil is an essence that is highly prized for its many benefits, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Physically, frankincense is shown to:
- help oxygenate cells
- act as a sanitizer
- assist in reprogramming and repairing cells to correct cell messaging
You can see why frankincense may be getting the attention of the medical community for its therapeutic benefit in common, chronic health challenges, including cancer.
Frankincense was used in ancient practices for ceremonial use, as an incense and even for digestive and skin issues.
Spiritually, frankincense is a wonderful aid for meditation and may provide a calming effect to our modern, busy brains.
Helichrysum Pure Essential Oil
This sweet little plant in the aster family has potent properties. High in sesquiterpenes (the phyto-chemicals that carry oxygen in the body), helichrysum is a "must have" in times of injury, wounds, and support during stressful times. Helichrysum can help bring balance and calm on all levels.
Try helichrysum for your skin, and know that skin cells are everywhere in the body, lining the digestive system, covering organs, lining the lungs, etc. Its chemical properties ensure a long-lasting effect and is great to use alone or mixed with other oils to support vibrant health and healing.
