Retune Your Brain with Binaural Beats
Everyone loves the feeling of Theta brain waves. I call it the sweet spot of intuition, inspiration, connection, and imagination. And yet one of the most requested skills people want is to access these states of consciousness effortlessly. It's possible to retune your brain with a little training and encouragement by utilizing sound frequencies and binaural beats - the interval that occurs when two sound frequencies are slightly different. What you hear when two brain wave tuning forks are tapped together - the fundamental fork and a brain tuner - is a wave of sound as the two forks vibrate at their different frequencies. Placing one activated tuning fork at one ear, and the other activated fork at the opposite ear allows the brain to hear the difference and come into harmony with it.

Beta Waves — 13-30 Hz: Brainwave Entrainment
The beta wave is the predominant frequency when you are fully awake and alert. Awake and aware, you're able to participate more fully in thoughts, thinking skills, and reasoning. You can actively discern elements of the outer world that affect your inner human senses - like hunger, worry, fear, anxiety, sleeplessness, and depression.
Alpha Waves — 7-13 Hz: Brainwave Entrainment
Feeling relaxed and rested is a sign of the alpha state, allowing for positive focus, creativity, peak performance, concentration in a relaxed state, and effortless muscle memory. Alpha brain waves reduce fears and habits toward peace and happiness. Learning is most effective in the alpha state, which is open to receiving innate wisdom. Delta waves are the deepest level of consciousness usually occurring during deep restorative sleep. Delta brain waves allow the body to heal, rebuild healthy tissue, restore the immune system, and recharge or rejuvenate mind and body.
