Who This Body Balance Wellness Assessment Is For

This body balance wellness assessment helps identify areas of body burden — including toxic exposure, stress, pain,  energetic and emotional strain — that may affect long-term balance, healthy weight management, and long-term health. This is not a test of discipline or lifestyle. Two people can eat the same foods, try the same routines, and have completely different results — because their bodies are solving different problems.

The goal is not to push your body harder. It's to understand what the body's protecting.

You care more about prevention, and though you try to avoid a crisis, a sick care system is not where you want to go.
